Yes, we recommend booking your transportation service in advance to ensure availability and to receive the best rates.
We ask that you contact us before applying as space is based on availability. Once availability has been confirmed, we will go over pricing, scheduling and safety rules. Then you will register and sign a transportation agreement.
Yes. We charge an extra $2.00 per mile
Initial payment must be received before the start of any services. Services are billed weekly or bi-weekly via email depending on the type of custom services rendered. Payment schedule will be discussed prior to start of services. A $20 late fee will be applied when payments are received after the due date.
We accept various forms of payment including credit cards and debit cards. No cash, however, drivers can receive tips if you feel your driver deserves one.
Cancellations require a 24-hour notice. If cancellation is not made or confirmed by KCT a $25 fee will be charged. Please let KCT know in advance of any early school dismissals, teacher workdays or if your child won't be needing pick-up on scheduled days or any changes in scheduled routines.
Our drivers will be wearing a KCT shirt, and our vehicles will be identifiable
KCT driver will send a text stating your knowledgeable child has been dropped off /picked up.
At this time our vehicles are not handicap accessible. As we grow adding a handicap accessible vehicle to our fleet will definitely be taken into consideration.
We transport toddlers, school age children and teens ages 1 to 17 years of age. Our Specialty Services is a service for non-emergency medical appts for every member of the family from young children to the elderly. See Specialty Services for more information.
